I built this community as a reflection of my own journey in building my consultancy business. It felt somewhat lonely, and I needed someone to exchange ideas with. Lucky for me, I found my people through online communities. And that has inspired me to build Growing Out Loud!

About the Writer
Hey there, I’m Annisa 💙
I am a Sweden-based B2B Marketing Strategist, Personal Brand Specialist, and the founder of withAnnisa.
Before launching my independent practice, I spent over 7 years leading B2B marketing strategies and regional campaigns across Southeast Asia and Asia-Pacific (SEAPAC) for tech scale-ups and global brands like AppsFlyer and Nestlé.
Eventually, I made the conscious choice to pause, step away from corporate, and start writing on Substack.
What began as Healing Out Loud -a safe space to unlearn the conditioning that leads to burnout- has organically evolved alongside me. As I committed to building my own business, the publication grew into Growing Out Loud that you know today.
Today, I live in Sweden with my husband and our two cats! I split my days between partnering with ambitious tech founders on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, tending to our home greenhouse, and writing this newsletter.
Through Growing Out Loud, I share the unfiltered reality of building an independent practice, combining practical marketing strategies with the genuine mindset shifts required to put yourself out there.
